AMA is a Manufacturer Authorized Service Provider for Hewlett Packard, Xerox/Tektronix and Brother, as well as Canon’s line of desktop copiers, including depot, field warranty and non-warranty service.  AMA also provides excellent service for Lexmark and most other makes of laser printer and fax equipment.     Our staff consists of professionally trained and certified service technicians specializing in laser printer, copier and fax equipment service and repair.  Our technicians will make every effort to resolve an equipment failure including any required coordination with the manufacturer.     All services are performed onsite, unless otherwise requested. Our well stocked warehouse and mobile inventories allow our technicians to complete most repairs during the initial visit. If a machine requires additional service for more complex issues AMA will pick up, repair and return the unit to the customer’s location upon completion of the service.     Clients participating in one of AMA’s comprehensive service and supplies Programs receive the highest priority service, including accelerated response times, typically on site within 90 minutes. Our programs also include parts and labor discounts or are included at no charge.     We strongly believe in and provide preventative maintenance services to increase equipment life, output quality and reliability. Our proactive service philosophy greatly reduces inconvenient, costly downtime and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).  AMA’s PM procedures always meet or exceed O.E.M. specifications for repair.
